- 1-2 years before the wedding

Setting the Budget

A great idea before starting preparations is to make a list of the expenses you are willing to incur in hiring suppliers (restaurant, band, photo and video, etc.) and other expenses such as floral arrangements, dress and costume, invitations and favors, etc.

Event Date

Appointments Required:

- Up to 8-12 months before the wedding

Before you start appointments, we recommend reading how to make a well-defined wedding program in less than 5 minutes for a relaxing, carefree and stress-free event.

Make-up, Hairdresser and Manicure

And that's not all! Here is a full list of all necessary appointments possible for the beauty ritual of both spouses. 

  • Bride: make-up, hairdressing, hair coloring, hair extensions, eyelashes, eyelash extensions, eyelash tweezing, waxing, manicures and pedicures.
  • Look: haircut, shave, trim, manicure and pedicure.

Make-up artists recommend: early appointments, up to 8-12 months before the event if you're stalking someone specific and want to book a favorable date and time, also a trial makeup or at least a pre-event counseling.

NOTES: Do not clip the veil at the hairdresser. It will come in handy at the church, one or two photos at the photo shoot, and the bridal waltz. It's good to know that you also have the option of being able to take it off when you don't need it, for example during the whole party.

Civil Wedding

Distribution of Responsibilities

Distribute certain tasks parents, siblings and friends, but be careful not putting all the pressure on one person, unless you're going to pay for it, and we both know you're not. No friend is worth working for.

Arranging Dinner Guests

Make a list of things that are important to you, that you really want to be photographed. No point complaining after the event if you don't have photos of x or y, they can no longer be taken, but you can avoid this happening with a list sent before the wedding.
